I want to lose weight so badly that niw that is all i thibk about. Yet I dont know how to lose it. I run 4miles everyday and I have been doing this for 2weeks and i havent even lost 1lb. I just sit in the classroom stairing at my thighs and wrists. I am so embarassed all the time. This is my personal journey to lose that 15lbs which is keepig me from being happy.
